I had gone here for years for my boys’ haircuts when they were ages 3-10 and always had a great experience. Kind staff, great with children. However, it’s been different now that they’re over 10 and like to keep their hair long on top with just the sides and back cleaned up. Unfortunately, their requests have been ignored, even when they spoke up that it was getting way too short. This happened with my older son 2 years ago so we changed barbers, but I went in a pinch for time the other day for my other son and sorely regret it. He’s devastated and ashamed of how he looks now. If you like to keep your hair longer, find a place who will listen to you.

Critical: QualityI find it easier to show barbers pictures of what i want so there is no confusion. I had to correct what he was doing half way through then said explocitly not to take any off the top. Ofc he took 2 inches off the top. Was told this place was good.
