This was my 2nd time going, on my 1st visit I noticed that the salon has a specific type of client and there was NO DIVERSITY. Once I walked in I got these really uncomfortable stares luckily I had a friend that was coming and she would fit in with the clientele that was already there so I guess I felt ok. 2nd time I walk in by myself and no one greets me, the gentleman asks what he can do for me & if I had an appointment and I said no. I told him what I wanted and got to picking my color. A white women walks in and all the techs heads pops up and each one spoke and greeted this woman. Mind you, she did not even respond to them, she just got on her phone and waited. The salon was nice and clean and my nails were done as I’d like but I won’t be going back because I just did not feel welcomed.

Although my manicure looked nice, the technician cut my cuticle and did not apply any antiseptic to it. The tables and counters were not clean. There was a left over artificial nail on the table where I sat. My technician used the same files and clippers without sanitizing them. Would not recommend.

I had gotten a recommendation from a friend to go here and I did and I was not disappointed. The price for quality is amazing. I loved how my pedicurist painted one toe nail and then asked me if the color was okay. I have never experienced this before it’s usually once you pick a color you’re stuck with it, I like that he gave me an option to say no and switch if I had wanted to. He was also very polite and accommodating to me to ensure I had a good experience. I will definitely be coming back!
