Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Quality, ValueI went to Friend’s to get my hair cut. My hair had a lot of damage done to it and needed some TLC. Sarah was my hairstylist. I have never in my life had a hair stylist communicate so well with me. She asked questions and told me everything she was doing or cutting or wanting to fix, every step of the way! I have some anxiety about hair cuts, and she was the absolute best! I will only be coming here from now on for my cuts and I highly, highly recommend Sarah to anyone who wants a beautiful style and is nervous about getting it done! I went to Friend’s to get my hair cut. My hair had a lot of damage done to it and needed some TLC. Sarah was my hairstylist. I have never in my life had a hair stylist communicate so well with me. Her attention to detail is amazing with my color and she is always looking out for you. She has recommended conditioning treatments for my hair and I have fallen in love with them. I have been going to Rita for as far back as I can remember. I am 66 so it’s not an easy task to do my hair but Rita doesn’t quit until it’s acceptable to her & looks amazing!! I’m NEVER noticed but the last time I got my hair colored & cut by Rita I went to my granddaughters soccer game & at half time my son in law asked me if I got my hair done I almost fainted he said “You should get it done like that every time it makes you look younger” THANKS TO RITA……THE BEST ❤️‼️‼️
