I received the Friendly Spa pedicure and a gel manicure. The pedicure was fantastic and relaxing for the most part. However although I watched other clients get fresh and clean new tools, both my pedicure and manicure were done with tools out of a drawer that had clearly been used before. There were even a couple times that my nail tech dropped something on the floor and then just picked it up and kept using it without wiping it off. My gel manicure is very uneven and my nails are all different shapes and lengths. I also watched 2 other clients pay with card no problem, but when I mentioned paying with card I was asked “you don’t have Venmo or cash?” (Note I tipped in cash). I watched other people get really nice manicures with really friendly staff, so I guess it just depends on who you get when you go. I probably won’t be returning.

Critical: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Quality, ValueGo to Friendly nails asking for this fall manicure for my wedding anniversary dinner and go out with bloody sloppy nails not even painted to the edges. And not what i asked for at all. I even called after I left asking for a refund because my nails looked terrible and were still bleeding. They refused unless I come back in for them to remove it. I told the woman she is NOT soaking my nails in acetone let alone touching me after she let me leave with blood literally dripping off of most my fingers!! She said well I can’t help you no refund unless I take all of. She was veto rude i told her my fingers hurt so bad. Still no help. During the service the first time i started bleeding i said oww I’m bleeding she said oh yeah I cut you! Ithought ok honest mistake until i noticed after all my other fingers ere bleeding. In what world is this ok?? The first time I went, I was happy with services despite the lackluster decor. However, my second trip was a disaster and I bailed on the manicure in the middle of a horrible pedicure. My toes were barely groomed, and the paint job was poorly done. I got so anxious watching this awful service and feeling as if I was wasting money which ultimately, I did. Skippable.

Rushed my fill, my nails are coming up 5 days after getting them done. Didn’t ask for what I wanted before starting to shape my nails so I ended up not being able to get the shape I wanted, and none of the edges are straight whatsoever. I got French tip done and none of them meet the edges of my nails. When I didn’t tip the receipt was aggressively ripped out of my hands:) would not recommend going here.

They don’t even deserve 1 star. I normally go to V who is amazing but she wasn’t there last saturday when i went. They wrapped my nails in the foils with nail polish remover for the ANC i had on them. then the guy left me there for 30 minutes while he did 2 pedicures of women that came after me. They left me there for so long with this on my hands/nails that my fingers turned white from the acetone drying and my fingers are so dry and hurt so bad now. Thats not even the worse part. They had me go to a different lady who gave me a dirty look when i asked to wash my hands because my fingers were burning she could see they were completely white from the acetone. Then SHE MADE ME DIP MY OWN NAILS!! She said “you dip” and i asked her what and she grabbed my hand and dipped it in the powder and said you dip. so while she was painting the liquid on one hand i was dipping the other and back and forth i could not believe she had me do my own nails, it felt like i was on an assembly line and she was just rushing and did a horrible job! I wanted short black squared anc nails, thats so easy and basic. They were all different shapes and sizes and some were rounded and some the ends were at an angle and on top of that when i got to my car and could see in better light they were all scratched up and looked horrible. When i went back in and told her she said “what did you do!” I told her i didnt do anything that has never happened to be before with ANC usually by the time they finish they are hard. she slapped a coat of the liquid on there and left them looking so messed up. This entire thing took 2 hours for basic short nails when i usually get long nails and it only takes an hour. On top of that this is 3 days later and MY NAIL IS BROKEN IN HALF. Any other time my ANC lasts 3 weeks plus, but 3 days?!?! Now i have to pay even more money to get them redone because they are absolutely horrible. I sat in my car and cried ever it was the worst experience of my entire life. They just want your money and to get you out as soon as possible, they don’t care if you like your nails or if you had a good experience. your supposed to leave there feeling good about yourself and i left there feeling horrible and the lady was so rude to me. I have been going there the past 5 months and I will never go there again. The picture is after she “fixed” them, you can’t tell as much that all the shapes are different and the thumb nail was really angled but you can see how bad they look:(

This place is the best! My Nail tech is Helen and she is the sweetest lady! She can do any design for nails you give her and she can create designs that will blow your mind! She is the best and should be doing nails for the stars! You won’t be disappointed

I scheduled 3 pedicures for 2:30. I was assured there were 6 chairs, so, no problem. A tech worked on son’s girlfriend while my feet were in water the entire time, with no attention. Son wasn’t seated for 45 minutes and had another technician. Hardly any massage and pushing cuticles back just didn’t happen. Not at all a positive experience. We would never go back.
