Critical: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Quality, ValueI had to direct my nail tech throughout the entire process. He did a super rushed job and almost even tried to not put top coat in my toes and hands. He even tried to just GLUE ON an acrylic of mine that was dangling off instead of making a new nail. That is how people get fungus at these places. He told me they did not have a color they very clearly had in the shop and I had to insist for it until he finally brought it to me. The paint job on my hands is terrible. The sparkly color I chose is very patchy and some nails have more layers than others. He also was so rough with the metal tools that I was frequently nicked and in pain. After correcting him so many times I just wanted to leave. He then laughed at the tip I left him and stood over me rudely waiting to see what I would tip. First, I don’t want anyone so close to me because of COVID and second, no one should make a customer feel uncomfortable while paying. I had to direct my nail tech throughout the entire process. He did a super rushed job and almost even tried to not put top coat in my toes and hands. He even tried to just GLUE ON an acrylic of mine that was dangling off instead of making a new nail. That is how people get fungus at these places. Critical: QualityI used to love coming here. They are clean and have fancy new chairs. I hate having to be picky but this tech didnt take her time or clean the edges properly, she was rough with the file and rough with cutting cuticles. I do my own gels at home and I do a better job. Not 70 dollars worth. Unhappy that polish is on my cuticles everywhere and I had to point out all the mistakes. Wont be coming back unfortunately.I used to love coming here. I used to love coming here. They are clean and have fancy new chairs. I hate having to be picky but this tech didnt take her time or clean the edges properly, she was rough with the file and rough with cutting cuticles. I do my own gels at home and I do a better job.
