Started coming here a year back when Jason use to work there and loved it. I visited recently and got to say I was very dissatisfied with my service. Felt like I was a burden to them and I wasted my time and money. I was observing how the nail technician treated me in comparison to the other customers and sensed a bit hostility. They cheerfully greeted white customers and gave this brown skin lady that walked in to inquire about their services attitude. Definitely felt uncomfortable. Friendly’s was not so friendly, will not be coming back.

They do an amazing job with powder gels. My nails usually last for a month. However if you want a regular pedicure coming here is a waste of time , they basically just put some soap on your feet rub it 2x and then rinse it off . I’m not thrilled about getting my gel pedicures here .

Got a pedicure and builder gel done there and it was a waste of my $90. The pedi was literally just soap and a disposable scrubber. I give myself a better foot scrub in my shower. The builder gel mold was done well, I will give them that, but I had excess under my nail. There was polish on my cuticles on hands and feet. Really no better than me doing it myself.

Was just there a few days ago. First off they were turning always people with appointments. There was only like 3 people working and like 10 customers. I was in at 3 and left at 6. They couldn’t do what I wanted and at the end had the nerve to ask for more then a 10 dollar tip they should have got nothing. Don’t waste your time.
