They were a little rude! They didn’t even say Hello! The one male employee who had a customer got up twice when we were trying to pick a color and rudely said, “you know the price is $19!” The sign said $15, so I did not understand that! On a positive note though, the young lady that did the actual refill was pleasant. 1st & last visit, I am paying for a service and expect to be treated in a respectable manner!

Do not go here. The pedicure was okay but anytime I’ve been here I was disappointed. This woman was nice but she removed my dip powder wrong… it’s as if she didn’t have enough patience to let the acetone melt the material and caused real life damage to my nails. I can feel that the protective layers of my nails have been drilled off and it hurts.

Critical: Professionalism, QualityHonestly you get what you pay for. Their prices are relatively low, however, the quality is sad. It’s rushed and it’s evident. And they’re not the friendliest, despite what the name of the salon might tell you. Not to mention, they always show up at least 20 minutes late while people are waiting outside when they’re “supposed” to be open at 9:30am – not 9:50-10am. If that’s the case, please change your hours. For some people, it’s convenient. But like I said, it’s the last place I’d go to if I were desperate.Service: ManicureHonestly you get what you pay for. Never going to this mail salon again. Worst service ever. I got a pedicure and a full set. The lady cut my finger with the machine, it wasn’t too big so I ignored it. However, two fingers down she cuts me again. I tell her to put the liquid they put so it won’t get infected and she gave me an attitude. I told her she should give me a discount for cutting two fingers and she said call Management tomorrow. I called the next day spoke to the manager and he literally hung up on me. Said they don’t give discounts unless my finger was broken. I can’t believe the sarcasm, so unprofessional

If i could rate this place a -100 i would. Definitely would not recommend. I did my refill and everything was fine. Less than a week later my middle finger nail completely broke. Went back to get it fixed, the guy had an attitude and was very rude. I picked out the same nail color i got less than a week before. He tried to tell me it was the wrong color and kept saying that and refused to finish my nail. The other lady finished me off.

They are great at Manicures but NEVER get them taken off there. They just rip them off without any consideration of how much pain it causes. After I got mine off I realized that my one nail was bleeding from them ripping the acrylic off. They also dont take off all of the acrylic and leave your nails looking disgusting.

I went for a pedicure and they filed and sanded down way too much it honeslty hurt little bit.. but their painting skills are good, it looked good afterwards but it definitely hurt during the process. I wouldn’t bribe anyone to go here but if someone told me they were coming here I wouldn’t stop them or anything. It really depends on which person you get too. But the girl I got, mostly wasn’t even looking at me…she was paying attention to the other people.

I went in to get a refill. After asking for my shape to be change, it was soooo messed up. I even filed them myself which helped so much. The man who did my nails forgot to clean up the cuticle area which causes the gel polish to get onto my cuticles. I went back the next day and they fixed the cuticle part. In doing that, they filed off all the gel polish and rebuffed (so I got gel again but I changed the color) and they had the audacity to charge me $10. He claimed that had I chose the same color it would’ve been free. But no matter what polish it was, they still had to be repainted so because of that I paid $10 on top of the $24 I paid the day prior. How tf does that even make sense. I really liked them and have brought my friends there. I will be taking my business elsewhere. The other salon I go to guarantees FREE FIXES from the time you get your nails done through the first week. Not even 24 hrs later. So all in all I paid for a full set although THEY caused the error. Never again! Stay away.

I am always one to give the benefit of the doubt… my first experience was less then stellar I had a 3 broken nails and needed them fixed… they were willing to fix them but wouldn’t match the color on my other fingers without charging me for BOTH the broken nails and the color change. Cost me almost as much as a full set… RIDICULOUS! The woman that fixed my nails, was not very friendly, maybe she should learn the meaning of thei name! So I thought every one has a bad day… let’s try again??? Nope, back for the 2nd time… same lady… still not friendly AT ALL, in need of a refill… so she charged me for that, for 1 nail that was broken and glitter polish over a base coat. No design, no stones.. why did this cost me so much!! NEVER AGAIN!!!
