This place is a joke and not so friendly ! I walked in ten mins late for my appointment. The shop was completely empty and two workers were sitting there doing nothing . The woman walked over to me after looking at the clock and told me she called someone else to come because I was late . Told me I could come back later if I wanted a fill in and a pedicure . I just left and went to a diff place down the road who took me as a walk in and I actually ended up liking them better . I could understand if she a shop full of People but there wasn’t one person in there and it says they take walk ins outside there door so if I was a walk in would they have still turned me away ? Or was she just annoyed that I was late to my appointment

The place was mediocre. Not very good communication between the staff. Had a 9:30am appt and was tended to right away. I did a “Cat Eye” design and the lady who was doing my nails had never done it before so I was her guinea pig. It came out a little better than okay and she was really sweet and friendly. My toes came out better than the place I went to previously. I did a gel cat eye mani and a reg pedi and it was $56. This place isn’t bad, but I’m not sure if it would be my first option.

I have gotten regular manicures and pedicures, dip powder, gel, and my fiancé has even gotten spa pedicures here because he loves the service. Annie never does a bad job and if anything ever does happen, she ALWAYS asks me to come back so she can fix it. I trust her 100% to help me pick my colors and nail length when I’m not sure. She really is just so wonderful at her job. She asks about my family, takes a genuine interest in her clients and makes sure I am happy before I even get up to pay. She works so hard! I have been getting my nails done for a long time, no one holds a candle to Annie. I have gotten regular manicures and pedicures, dip powder, gel, and my fiancé has even gotten spa pedicures here because he loves the service. Since moving to NJ several months ago, I’ve been struggling to find a good nail salon. Most are overpriced and have very inexperienced techs. I am so glad I was referred to this place! Danny is a professional and is incredibly talented. He did the best acrylic set I’ve ever gotten. I cannot wait to try their spa pedicure. Customer for life!

I am beyond angry and disappointed. Not even half an hour ago I left the salon without words to describe my experience. To begin, they changed the price of the nails twice from the initial price I asked and found out about on the phone prior. I asked for coffin shape and the man doing it was struggling to make all nails consistent and look distinctly close to the actual coffin shape. I asked him twice to fix the shape and he didn’t acknowledge it until I was fed up and asked again at the very end where he said it looked even to him after slightly filing it.
