This guy did my nails and he asked if I wanted design on my nails I said “No” and he still did it and I got charged. I wonder if they just pretend they don’t understand English they charge me 2 different prices on both times I’ve gone there to get my nails done.

I came in for a pedicure and a full set my thumbs are uneven i told the guy he said ok i fix it still uneven he didn’t paint the tip finished and left my nails arent dry yet and he finished a half hour ago i will never recommend or go there ever again. As soon i sat down instead of talking like everyone else around us is doing he proceedes to do my nails his way instead of the way I asked

These people hurt my mom’s toe while she was getting a pedicure here. She let them know that they were cutting her too deep but they ignored her and kept doing it anyway. She developed a severe infection and had to get her entire toe nail surgically removed. Avoid this place.

The only reason I would go get my nails done there was because of Daisy. The owner’s and the owner’s daughter are very rude to there employees and customers! I ONLY wanted Daisy to do my manicure and pedicure and every time the owner’s would get upset because they wanted me to have someone else to do my manicure!Now that I know Daisy is no longer there I will never go back! If you want good customer service and awesome work done go to U Need Nails and ask for Daisy! Just by luck I found her there and I’m extremely happy!!!

they have really bad service, they didn’t even disinfect their tools. they also don’t even take their time they do it all in a rush. they didn’t paint my nails right, they left some spots open and they didn’t even shape my nails. so i do not recommend for you to ever come here. !! Pedicure

Critical: Quality, ValueSuper disappointed! I got a gel manicure and it started pealing 2 days after getting them done. The guy who did my manicure didn’t put the base coat over the entire nail bed. Plus, I asked for the scrub with massage and it was short with little massage. Never going here again.
