Sitting in the chair reading the reviews…. Pretty much regretting my decision of coming here will update once done… very rough I felt like he was trying to play thumb wars with my toes some did crack a few times felt his nails in my skin a few time as well, no cuticle softener, just water so I know my cuticles was not removed properly you can tell when the polish went on….

My mother went in to get her nails but was not happy at all. She was so unhappy with the service that she walked out. The tech was rushing her and didn’t clean up cuticles but wanted to paint her nails to get it over with. When the tech was asked if she could clean up my mothers nails before proceeding she was told no. If you like to have your nails done properly and neatly she does not recommend this place.

My wife will only go to them for her pedicures because they are amazing. Recently she got acrylic nails here, though, and she cried. They did a very poor job. Acrylic was up over her cuticle and onto her skin(they never carved out around the cuticle with the drill). The nails were all different shapes and sizes and bumpy. She tried to have the guy fix them while he was still doing them but he didn’t know how I guess. It looked like a child did them. Probably won’t ever go back out of shear embarrassment.

I just had a pedicure there and I’m very dissapointed. Staff was friendly, BUT service I was provided was very bad. I went there based on reviews here, thinking-well, they seem really good. Oohh, I wish I never went there. Spent total of 20 min for pedicure, my feet are always dry and with dead skin, so I was expecting for that dead skin to be removed/cleaned. WRONG! I came back home now and I’m doing it myself, because job is not done properly. Lady removed some of the skin and when I pointed out the rest-she said-Ohhh, that is cracked skin…NO, IT IS NOT. By the time I came home more skin is peeling. So, I’m doing it myself now. I don’t know how other people wrote they were satisfied with pedicure, because places I’ve been before did a great job, specially if you have dry feet like me.
