Critical: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueI did not realize until I left that the undersides of my nails were awful. The acrylic had overflowed and there was no attention to detail so it was left to harden like that. My pinky was lifting in like two days. You can do a better job yourself with a diy acrylic kit from a drugstore. And as other people have pointed out, communication is key when you are offering a service like this. I did not realize until I left that the undersides of my nails were awful. The acrylic had overflowed and there was no attention to detail so it was left to harden like that. My pinky was lifting in like two days. You can do a better job yourself with a diy acrylic kit from a drugstore. And as other people have pointed out, communication is key when you are offering a service like this. I could not get them to understand what I wanted. Just pick another salon.

Critical: QualityHad a pedicure, the woman came to me talking on her cell phone with speaker on, I said hello, she never answered me. She did the pedi not once getting off the phone.. I listened to Vietnamese for the duration. Not once did she speak or even look at me.. I was very very disappointed. I’m paying her to work on me, not take, talk with the speaker phone on in a foreign language! WTH? Pay attention to your customers lady!! Also, she pulled skin on my big toe and made it bleed.. horrible experience, needless to say, I will never go back and certainly would not recommend the place. Had a pedicure, the woman came to me talking on her cell phone with speaker on, I said hello, she never answered me. She did the pedi not once getting off the phone.. I listened to Vietnamese for the duration. Not once did she speak or even look at me.. I was very very disappointed. I’m paying her to work on me, not take, talk with the speaker phone on in a foreign language! WTH? Pay attention to your customers lady!! Once over at the table for my fill-in, he was distracted and interrupted. He actually stopped work on me to go work on another client. He kept missing as he used the Emory board which hurt. The last straw was seeing when he was done that he had done a terrible job on nail polish coverage. During the entire session, the music being played would stop, come back on and skip. Completely unpleasant and disappointing experience. Needless to say, I won’t be back. I wondered why a “Complaint Hot Line” message came up when I looked at their site.
