We have been going to this shop for 5+ years. The guys are extremely friendly, professional and welcoming. We usually see Kent who is a master barber but DJ and Jordan are also great!

Please avoid. I used this shop for the first due to my personal barber being on vacation and I had an interview schedule change. I have severe cuts on my neck that obviously drew blood and I was unaware until I arrived home. Also in addition to nicks all over my neck and face, I have severe redness and bumps all over my neck and face. I call the owner to be told he is to busy and I can’t get a refund until he hears the barbers side. Even declined to give me a phone number to text pictures of my neck and rashes. Please do better with your customer service. Hopefully he cleans his clippers daily if this is how he cuts.

I booked a service to get my daughter’s hair done for school I knew that being that it was the weekend before school it was going to be busy. When I called to ask what time would be best I was told 9:45 pm. Desperate to get my daughter’s hair done (last minute) my daughter and her father waited until Saturday at 9:45 pm. Shauna had someone in the chair and never told them how much longer they would have to wait. My daughter’s hair didn’t get started until around 11:00-11:30 pm and she was finished at 2 am. When I saw my daughter’s hair it was so tight (extended ponytail) that she had red bumps all over the back of her neck (hairline) we are still applying ointment to ease the pain. I had to take her hair (which was done sloppily) down immediately. I would never recommend Shauna for hair service. We will not return.

My sons and husband have been going to this shop exclusively for the last few years. Our barber is DJ. He is the absolute best! He is professional, works on a schedule and very attentive. We highly recommend DJ. Haircut

Second time Charles has cut my elderly father’s hair. Charles is very respectful and does an amazing job. My father can be hard to please, but has had nothing but good things to say about Charles.

My first time here to find a regular barber, ended up with Reggie. Extremely unprofessional, took 3 short breaks during the cut. Below average haircut that took 20 minutes. Even though I trimmed my mustache before I went there, Reggie decided to trim without asking, nothing to trim and it took 15 seconds for an extra $5. $35 for haircut that you can have at an average barber for less than $20. They don’t take credit cards or debit cards, instead they have one of those no name ATM machines at the establishment that didn’t work at the time, I noticed a lady had to go to a liquor store next door to use another ATM to pay them. I will never set foot to that place ever again! Reggie had the nerve to give me his business card, zero business sense and i threw it in the trash can outside! Stay away from this place…when a business don’t take credit cards, there is always a reason for it!

Positive: Cleanliness, Punctuality, QualityThe atmosphere of the shop is outgoing , they are very respectful and mindful as this is a family barbershop. My son has been getting his hair cut by DJ for 3 years now and within those 3 years I haven never had a complaint. DJ is very well known in Columbia for his barber skills. I love I don’t have to explain the type of hair cut I want my son to have. He already knows !Service: HaircutThe atmosphere of the shop is outgoing , they are very respectful and mindful as this is a family barbershop. Critical: Quality, ValueIf your plan on going to this barbershop shop, do some research on the place and the craft of the individual barbers. The haircut I received was worst than me cutting my own hair at home. The barber I saw was Tony and I’m sad to say, I sat in the wrong chair. It seemed like he was a timid rookie barber who had little experience in cutting hair and was not prepared. He missed many things like lining up my hair on the sides above my ears and didn’t line up my sideburns/beard evenly as well as my mustache. The worst part about my haircut was that his poor quality, wireless electric liners died in the middle of my haircut. He had to ask the next barber to borrow his liners to finish what was left of my terrible haircut. When I looked in the mirror I knew the damage was done, there was nothing left that he could do to save my cut and I was just ready to get out of there. He even had the audacity to charge me $35 dollars for messing my hair up. If I could give any advice, please work more on your craft, techniques and invest in better barbering equipment. Also update your new address on Google. Newcomers, take some extra time to scope out all the barbers before sitting in anyone’s chair.Service: HairstylingIf your plan on going to this barbershop shop, do some research on the place and the craft of the individual barbers. I typically wouldn’t do reviews, but I’m pretty disappointed. I called yesterday to schedule an appointment for my 2 boys to get their haircut today. While trying to schedule the appointment on the phone the day before the woman on the phone asked why I wanted to make an appointment instead of just walking in. I told her I didn’t want to have to sit there for an hour with 2 kids to wait to be seen. So she continues to schedule the appointment with Mike. She asked what time I would like. I asked when would he be available. She told me all day. So I said 2 would be good. She confirmed and said it was put in for 2 tomorrow Sunday September 1st. Today, Sunday sep. 1. I come in at 1:55 with my 2 boys. Sign their name on the paper saying they have their appointment. I sit down with no acknowledgement from any of the staff. Finally, 15 minutes later one of the staff walks up to the front and I ask if Mike is there given I have an appointment at 2 and it is now 2:15. He looks confused and asked if I’m sure it was with mike. I tell him yes. He tells me Mike must have forgotten because he already left. And asked if I wanted to reschedule. What is the point of rescheduling if he forgot about the appointment I originally made? It is 2 days before the first day of school, which is why I MADE AN APPOINTMENT. I’ve wasted my time going up to the barber shop to basically be stood up. Now I have to rush around and find another barber to cut my kids’ hair. Very unprofessional and unorganized. This has definitely ruined my view of this place, and I can say I will never be back.
