Been coming here since I was child and their rates and cuts have always satisfied me. They have the most reasonable rates in the entire area, whereas prices at other barbershops cost more than $30, my haircut was $20; before COVID it was $15. Also they are keen with what cut you desire.

I was skeptical at first, but the two gentlemen in the first two chairs ALWAYS deliver. They know more about haircuts than I do. They work quickly and SO CLEAN! I’ve never been to a barbershop where there wasn’t hair all over the floor, as they do, but this is my new standard. Clean, brightly lit, knowledgeable staff, kind and so many more wonderful words for them. I will keep bringing my boys here forever. Give them a shot. I’m sure you’ll love them.

I visited two other local hair cut places before finding Friendly Barber Shop. They welcomed walk-ins with an open door and a smile and made me feel like a million bucks. Ray cut my hair without first wetting it, which was unusual, but worked very well! He was able to see which way my hair naturally lifted and he was able to adjust the haircut to work with my naturally full and slightly wavy hair. I left feeling great, and even after washing and restyling my hair it still looks fantastic! Ray listened carefully to the things that were important to me about my hair. He’s experienced in his art and does it because he loves it. I would recommend it to everyone!

I first got a haircut at this location back in the summer and was charged $15. My cut included my beard being lined up. But when I recently returned a second time they charged me double the price at $30. The hair cut did not include my beard being lined up like my first time. I looked at the posted prices in the shop and no cut was listed at $30. Will not return again. Haircut was not worth the price.

I went here recently in order to make sure I knew where they are located and to ascertain whether or not they were open because I badly needed a haircut. When I arrived, their Closed Sign was up, but I saw people inside. I found the Front Door open, but out of Respect for this Business and also because it was a Major Holiday, I only opened the door far enough (without stepping over the threshold) to ask if they were open and so that at least my Head/Entire Face could be seen by the gentleman I saw who was standing up and appeared to be cutting hair if they were Open that day and he said that they were not open and he advised me of the next time they would be open for Normal Business hours. I noted that this gentleman was very nice to me and he appeared to understand that I was doing my best to Respect him and the business. I will now definitely return to this Barbershop as a First-Time Customer because being Treated Well as a Customer via Telephone and/or In-Person is Extremely Important to me, especially in totally Unplanned situations like this because I Did Not tell this Gentleman that I am also a Google Local Guide (GLG). I will update this Review and Rating asap after I get my first haircut here.

This is an old school barber shop, Ray is a super nice gentleman, you can just walk in and he is there with a smile, very personable, great hair cut, make sure you have $15 cash though, I left $20, he is worth even more.
