My son has been going to another barbershop for most of his childhood, but we’ve had issues with his haircuts recently. We made an appointment with Geoff to see if he could fix his hair. Everyone there was incredibly nice, and Geoff went out of his way to make sure that my son got the exact haircut he wanted. He even took the time to shake his hand after the haircut, which may seem small, but after all the struggles to get his hair how he wanted it, these little gestures make a big impact. My son said that he was very happy with this haircut, and he really liked the people and the shop. Joe and his team are great barbers. They are attentive passionate and orderly. Usually on weekends at any shop you must book appointments. Since Covid that has been the standard practice for every place. Booking is easy to do online or a simple call will get your spot reserved. This barber shop is by far one of the best in hamilton. My son is always reluctant to go for a haircut as he feels like being hurt someway or the other “EVERY TIME”. Also, usually we have not seen what we want from other hair salons. But Friel’s Barber shop is pretty awesome. They did what they are best at. My son after the haircut said “This is the best salon I have ever went”. Geoff Fifield was super cool. He knew what we were looking for from style perspective, made my son feel comfortable all along and did a fantastic job.
