The WORST! Don’t waste your time going here. One broken nail, had nude ombre design and was told they could not do it. So based on my design, ask them to do a glitter nail. Rose glued the nail, applied some kind of bond/glue and dip my finger 2x put the bond/glue again and that was it. I told her the nail felt fragile/glimpse, the nail was super thin. I expressed my concerns to her about the nail and that it felt it would break easy. Very rudely started telling me she knew and that she the nail tech she said it would not break and if it did go back. Well the nail broke today (Wednesday 02/13/19- I went on Sunday 2/11/19- ONLY 2 DAYS LATER) because it was sooooo thin and it damaged my own nail. I’m posting my original nail set done by Chiki_Rikas_ Nails on IG with the broken mess this place did.

Nail salons, in general, have all gone downhill quickly, including this one. It’s become the norm for them to be grimy with bad/barely decent customer service. The lady who did my nails talked to the other nail lady, in their language, very loudly, for most of my service. She even stopped doing my nails at one point to turn to the coworker to finish their conversation. Pedicures are supposed to be relaxing but I spent the entire time listening to all the employees yap with eachother. I gave them 2 stars because my nails turned out ok.

This place is filthy dirty. The floors were covered in dirt. The nail polish dryer was grimy when I put my hands in there. It was disgusting. It looked like it had never been cleaned. They covered it in plastic wrap like that would help. They played rap music, loud. When I go to a nail spa, I would expect to relax, not be subject to their poor taste in music. Too loud to tune out with headphones. I would give this place a zero for filth.

Very bad customer service. Some workers do a great job like the lady who cuts hair, she always is very polite and has a smile. But besides her no one has no manners. If you say thank you they don’t say anything back. If you have a question you actually have to repeat your self like 2 or 3 times because they don’t care what you say the first time. Anyhow that is my opinion hopefully it helps someone not having a bad by going there
