I’ve been to a lot of massage parlors and most of them are just generic back massages but this was very personal and I felt that she actually cared and targeted my pain. She gave me stretches for the future. I feel better even hours after so definitely a five star and I would definitely return!

I went to Kimberly about 8 times 3 of those times she would finish 3 to 5 mins earlier than the hr. She is very nice and sweet but unfortunately not completing the hr is not the only problem. I got the $300 package but I told her that I only wanted it that time so no membership, she agreed. After my sessions were done a week later I got charged $300! I asked her why!? When I was really specific that I didn’t want the membership she told me she was going to return me the money and lied to me about the transaction fee so she made me paid for her mistake of not canceling the payment for the membership I didn’t want. And only return to me about $292 she said she was going to pay me back the rest and never did. And it’s been 3 weeks. Also be careful because even if you chose not to save your card, her app will save it anyways. So if you decide to go, pay with cash because she will not cancel the payments and will continue charging you.

That’s a fellow massage therapist, going to Kim was one of the best decisions I have made for my own self care. Shoulder has been giving me issues now for several years due to a car accident and gets overused quite a bit. Since coming back to Fresno I haven’t really had many people work on me due to my own high standards for the level of care that I receive. Outside of my coworker, Kim is the only one I trust to do work on my back and shoulders, due to the issues that I deal with. That said after her work on my shoulder today I feel much better, and was even able to get through my boxing job with little issue. All-around great experience, great environment, and great levels of care. Grateful to be in the same industry as this young lady, as it gives me hope for what can be done in our field.

Initially went to Kimberly for lower back/hip pain that was affecting the nerves in both legs. After the first session my nerve pain in the legs was gone and the lower back/hip pain and tightness was greatly alleviated. Kimberly focused on the problem area and provided relief. I am actually able to stretch and feel the improvements in flexibility again which has helped alleviate the constant muscle tightness greatly. Should have done this months ago!
