She made the experience so comfortable for me with it being my first time there. When i say Apryl was so nice and professional from beginning to end . She made the experience so comfortable for me with it being my first time there. The outcome was amazing and she was able to transform my toes and gave me something far more than what i could imagine . Her space is very private and clean. Finally gave up going and just started clipping me own nails and foregoing the rest. Needless to say my feet and toenails were in pretty rough shape. I had a Fresh Steps Waterless Pedicure today. It was beyond fabulous!! My feet and toenails haven’t looked this good in a LONG time. And even better her chair was FABULOUS. Nothing like what you get in a regular salon. More like a recliner. So unbelievably comfortable. I have severe arthritis in my knees, a bad hip, and a bad ankle. I didn’t want to get out of the chair after it was over. I have had so many problems getting a pedicure because I was so uncomfortable in the salon chairs due to arthritis. Finally gave up going and just started clipping me own nails and foregoing the rest. Needless to say my feet and toenails were in pretty rough shape. I had a Fresh Steps Waterless Pedicure today. Positive: Communication, Professionalism, QualityNowadays I have a new found respect for germs. But FreshSteps was so nice. Everything I’ve disliked about other nail salons I love at FreshSteps. This isn’t someplace to take the teens on Saturday morning. It is super clean, Apryl the technician was professional. In her appearance, demeanor and her treatment of my feet. My husband has some real discomfort with his feet. I’m sure he will be thrilled with his results. The office was small but it was peaceful, clean and very private. The waterless pedicure felt so much comfortable than that awful chair. In other places there have been misunderstanding, wrong treatment, wrong charges. This isn’t someplace to take the teens on Saturday morning. It is super clean, Apryl the technician was professional. In her appearance, demeanor and her treatment of my feet.
