Critical: Professionalism, Punctuality, QualityBooked an appointment a day in advance, then when I arrived on time, I was told it would need to be pushed back an hour and a half.When I finally came in for my haircut, the barber had not heard of the haircut I was asking for. I described how to cut it, and to what lengths I wanted my fade. He ignored all this and cut everything down to a length way shorter than I asked for. Also shaved off my entire sideburns, which I did not ask for.Also charged $5 more than what was listed online for the price.Terrible service, unprofessional, and I will never step foot in there again.
