Long story short, I previously had my hair bleached balayage twice (professionally) before i came to freshair. My hair IS NOT virgin. A lot of box dyes have been applied over the years (BLACKS AND DARK BROWN BOX DYE) so to lighten I’m aware it takes time and a few sessions.
