My first thoughts on Barbra was that she is extremely knowledgeable and personable. I went in and got 2 tattoos lasered by her. It was my first time working with her but not my first laser experience. After the recommended 6-8week healing time, i contacted her and through voicemail explained to her that the laser didnt remove anything (again, not my first laser experience) and asked if she wanted to assess my condition and go from there. Its been 2months and not even a call back. However, I’m sure if i left a voicemail trying to make another appointment she would’ve been happy to call me back the same day. Total waste of time and money.
