I normally of thick hair but do to a medical condition and the treatment I lost a lot of hair and it’s growing back but I have thin areas all throughout the bottom of my hair so I talked to Ashley and she told me about getting one row of extensions which I did and have so much more confidence not that I have thicker hair back. I went today and Ashley has started doing a new method and I absolutely love it. The Invisible Bead Extensions are the way to go for sure. You can not even feel them. I recently started getting extensions from Ashley back in November and I am in love with them. I normally of thick hair but do to a medical condition and the treatment I lost a lot of hair and it’s growing back but I have thin areas all throughout the bottom of my hair so I talked to Ashley and she told me about getting one row of extensions which I did and have so much more confidence not that I have thicker hair back. Critical: Quality, ValueThis was THE WORST hair experience of my entire life. I saw Lexi, who was less than welcoming upon my arrival. It was clear she didn’t want to be there and rushed through every step of the appointment (I was her only appointment that day). During the consultation, I showed her the picture of what I wanted and she said it was easily achievable. Her communication skills were undoubtedly poor throughout the entire appointment. I asked for balayage, she gave me traditional foil highlights without asking. I asked for a haircut, she trimmed the ends on the back of my hair and nothing else. When she finished my color, it was orange/red/copper and nothing close to what I wanted. She grabbed the owner who then tried to rectify the situation, quite unsuccessfully, as the picture I posted is what my hair looked like upon leaving the salon and is nothing close to what I wanted OR my original hair color. Lexi never once apologize and had an attitude the remainder of the appointment. The owner gave me free products, however I paid $150 for terrible, terrible work. I would have much rather paid $300 and left with the hair I wanted. I now have another appointment at a different salon to pay yet another $200+ to fix this horrendous mess. It was clear she didn’t want to be there and rushed through every step of the appointment (I was her only appointment that day).
