Critical: QualityLooks can definitely be deceiving. I loved my nails, I loved the color. The workers and nail tech that did my nails was welcoming and nice. However; the quality and job that was done was amateur. I told the lady I wanted gel on my natural nails, my nails are naturally long. I previously had gel on prior to her doing my nails. First off, when people take off gel, they do so by soaking; usually by getting cotton, putting nail polish remover, and wrapping with foil. This nail tech did not do that, she used the machine to file the gel off. She proceeded to do the manicure and filed my nails down more. Because she filed my nails down so much, my nails become soft and breakable. Okay, so let’s be honest.. usually when you put gel or the dipped powder, the nail becomes hard. Typically I put the gel on my nails because it’ll make my nails hard and they won’t break when they grow long. Because she filed my nails down so much, even with the gel my nails were bendable, and not even 2 days later my nails broke. She didn’t paint the whole nail either.
