She does the most amazing work and is quick at it. Just because she’s quick does NOT mean her work is slacking. I ALWAYS get compliments on my nails. The best! I’ve been going to her for over 5 years! She never hesitates to get me in when she can and responds almost immediately! She does great work and I’ve never met a kinder human being. She feels like family to me and I always make great friends when I’m in there. I can never choose a color, no problem! She helps. Critical: Professionalism, QualityI am completely shocked by the way I was treated by Von! My first appointment with her was very rushed but I thought this was a one time thing. So my second appointment again very rushed and my nails looked horrible as you can see in the photo. I messaged von very politely telling her that I wasn’t happy with my nails and wanted to come in and get them fixed. She immediately blocked my number so I could not call her. After seeing that she read my message.You would’ve thought that I was messaging her over and over again. I sent one message! So after a couple weeks I stopped into her shop and her excuse was that she thought I didn’t like her work. Instead of just messaging me back she blocked me. Very unprofessional and also very rushed! I am completely shocked by the way I was treated by Von! My first appointment with her was very rushed but I thought this was a one time thing. So my second appointment again very rushed and my nails looked horrible as you can see in the photo.
