Nothing was cleaned up when she got polish on my skin, there was no paper towel down on the table. She only cleaned the table with the washcloth she used on my hands. Though the mani/pedi experience itself was decent as the ladies were very kind, the quality of my manicure looked horrifying as they began stripping after a mere week with their very cheap SNS product causing my natural nails to become weak and brittle. I’ve always had this done for years otherwise but this was my first & last visit at this particular nail salon after the unusual after effect. I recommend LZ Nail & Spa in East Meadow instead.

I will NEVER go back to this nail salon. I decided to go there after my nail salon was booked and I needed a gel manicure for an event I was going to (I have been getting gel manicures for over 6 years every two weeks). When my gel manicure was finished I knew it didn’t look right but I figured it could have just been the lighting. When I went home they were terrible looking they had air bubbles on every finger nail, there was paint on my skin, they looked so terrible that my boyfriend noticed it right away when I went home. When I went back they told me that my nails looked fine. I told them to just take the polish off my nails and give me my money back. They refused and insisted on redoing my nails. As they redid my nails they cut every single one of my fingers making me bleed. I asked them to stop “cutting my cuticles” but they wouldn’t stop angrily ripping my skin off. I believe they were doing it on purpose as I came back and told them they did not do a good job the first time. The second time my nails still came out messy but much better than the first. These people do not know what they are doing and are very rude. How do you purposely cut a customers fingers?! Stay away!!!
