Went here 3 times to get my bun colored by stylist Katie Howard. This is the first time ever that I had gotten my hair colored by a “professional.” Since I used boxed dye in the past she said it was very hard to strip. After the 3rd visit (5 hrs each) and hundreds of dollars, she said “you wanted light brown hair not blonde, right?” I thought I was gonna lose it.
