If I could give zero stars, I would. They need to appreciate other people’s time! Called this morning to see if anyone could do a haircut. I was told several people had openings and the girl who I spoke to on the phone recommended Cassidy. I arrive at 1:25 for a 1:30 appointment and sit in the waiting area for my stylist. 1:35 Cassidy and another woman come out to the waiting room and Cassidy explained she could not cut hair my length ( hmmm, it’s right above my shoulders and all I wanted was some shaping and layers). Hey thanks for wasting my time. I won’t be calling this salon ever again.

worst customer service experience ever. not only did my hair turn out worse than what it looked like before I came in, I practically did the hair dressers job for her. she made me BRUSH my own hair after she washed it and she made me dry it myself. I paid for a service I did to myself. I came in with a blonde balayage and left with orange brittle hair. my hair was falling out in clumps after I got it done here. do NOT go here unless you want to leave looking like a clown and having your hair be worse than you can imagine. i askes to get a partial refund and they couldn’t even offer me that. imagine. i wouldn’t wish this on my enemy. take my word.

Julia is amazing. She made me feel 100% confident. I’ve had the same barber (yep an old school barber ) since my first haircut. The 1 or 2 times I’ve tried someone new I’ve hated my hair. She did an amazing job! I love the way my hair looks and I can’t wait to go back. This girl knows what she’s doing. I’m not a huge talker while in the chair. She did not force anything but let conversation flow naturally.

I just went to Fresh Hair Studio for the first time last week and I loved every second of it! I’ve been going to Julia at another salon for awhile now and she’s always my favorite so I had to keep going to her when she switched to fresh salon! They are all so welcoming and friendly there and make you feel like a queen. The head massage and 10 minute shampoo was something I’ve never gotten before and it was great! Overall, great service, beautiful and cozy atmosphere, and Julia does the best hair! Highly recommend.

My stylist, Hilary is extremely talented and just simply a lovely person! She always strives to always make my experience comfortable and memorable!
