Erica took the time to discuss my concerns with my skin, medical history, beauty routine, etc. in order to select the best skin car options for me and my skin issues. The office was clean and very relaxing, Erica explained each step in the treatment process, from what the product was made of to what the product was going to do for my skin. Erica recommended products to purchase, but I was not never made to feel pressured to buy them. She gave step by step instructions on how to use the products and the amount to use. I am so grateful that my mother found Erica and encouraged me to see her. I had just about given up on professional treatment for my face! The money and time spent over countless years with very few results was discouraging to say the least (especially since I couldn’t get both my acne AND scarring under control, only one or the other).
