This Barber shop does not have any customer service skills. I got there and waited for an hour and when i asked they said it would be another hour or so. They kept cutting hair of their friendseven though they came after me.

Have been going to one of the franchise hair cutters for the past couple years and was not very satisfied. They were quick and convenient but they just don’t have that personal touch. Just recently moved to Grovetown and decided to see about getting a “real” barber again. The reviews for Fresh Cuts were good and I gave them a try. This is my new barber shop!!! Ralph gave me the best cut I’ve had in a long time! The shop was very clean and the atmosphere was courteous and professional! If you are looking for a barbershop with great service and atmosphere to match, give Fresh Cuts a try!

I switched barbers to Fresh Cuts about a year ago. They are a very professional and caring barber shop especially Eric, Twon, and Chad. Only downfall is you should clear up your afternoon if you go there for a cut. Each cut takes about 45 min to an hour.

Most of these positive reviews are probably false. I went here because I saw the positive reviews on Google. They took about 2 hours on each haircuts. While waiting I thought to myself that art takes time. So I went thru with the haircut. It’s seem like they took a long time on haircuts so that their shop seem to be busy with a lot of customer waiting. I told them how I want my haircut even give them a picture but they still struggle. The fade was ok, but where the fade meet the top it was still long. The guys don’t even know how to use scissor for the top. All they do here is use clippers. If you want your head bald then I recommend you go here but if you want Style I would not. I called ahead to see how much a haircut was for men, they said $13 but when it’s time to pay the guys said $15. I was thinking to myself that these guys aren’t honest. But still tip him since I don’t want to be cheap.
