My husband and my son visited this place to get their haircut and was told to come back the next day because they are about to close, the next day they went early in the morning. GREGGORY was the barber with very bad customer service first he basically manhandled my 5 year old and he came home with multiple cuts on him. He also did give my husband a couple cut and when my husband said something to him his response was my husband was just looking something to complain about. Very horrible! I definitely don’t recommend if that how they treat people here!! If he didn’t want to cut them in the first place when they came back the next morning all he had to do was say that not ABUSE them! HORRIBLE!

I’m a Savannah native…so I miss my barber back home. Anyone who knows the value of a good barber knows it’s tough to “part ways”! Trevor at Fresh Cuts has been cutting me for about a year now and I am very pleased with his work! The atmosphere here pleasant with a good mix of conversations. I usually call ahead to make sure I can been seen in a window of time and if I walk in, I know what I signed up for. 🙂 Keep up the great work!

Great barbershop! The staff here all are excellent barbers. I like the fact that that if your usual Barber is busy you can trust that the next Barber can do a good job also. Never a real long wait unless you’re waiting for a specific Barber that may be busy. I’d recommend this business to any and everyone.

Location fails to deliver on hours posted as advertised, this is not the first time. Talented barbers, disappointing customer service. Made appointment, then re-scheduled, appeared 3+ hours prior to closing, with only 2 barbers on site, only to be turned away.

Second time I’ve tried to stop here and get a quick cut due to the proximity of my work. Both times I’ve been the next guy up to have the next barber decide it was time for his break. I’m afraid of the reason why, but would like to think this is 2017! Again both times not so much as even greeted by anyone when I walked in. I’m just used to my normal Barbershop in Aiken where everyone is greeted time they walk in the door.

Avoid if you value your time. Third time I’ve walked into this shop HOURS (more than 2) before the advertised closing time only to be told “Me and one other barber are about to go and everyone else is finishing up for the day” or something similar. 5 barbers and plenty of open seats in the waiting area. If you’re going to arbitrarily close up shop when the spirit moves you then dont post your hours.

Great barbershop where they take their time and cut you right instead of rushing thru just to get to the next head. I’ve had 2 different barbers cut my hair and both did a fantastic job. I’ll definitely be going back!

My barber D always on point and his hair cuts are TEN STARS. I wish we could make appointments so I wouldn’t have to get up early to beat the crowd. D looks out and will accommodate schedule. The shop rules don’t make sense for the regular customers and only benefits the people that don’t come in regularly.
