This salon is especially suited for those who endeavor to have a new relationship with their hair. The salon is small but spacious with lots of natural light while also being very private. Shelly is incredibly well informed about hair challenges both treated and untreated. She is patient and thoughtful and consequently understands where you are trying to go with your hair and how to get there in the healthiest way possible. We discussed in detail my past health struggles impacting my hair. She was not daunted by my challenges and more than a week out I understand why she had no concerns. Her hair science is expert level. She clearly understands the “mentality” of hair and applies it with great success (at least for my situation). Add to the experience a rather metaphysical therapy session and you walk out of the shop looking and feeling years lighter. This is a definite GO for any hair work you’d like to have done. These photos reflect my hair when done and more than a week later. Generally us curly-haired ladies don’t have hair that stays straight for very long. Tape ins and expert knowledge make a world of difference.
