Everybody, the front staff and other technicians checks in on you periodically throughout the appointment. Also I appreciate Frenchies level of sanitation. They actually sterilize their instruments in an autoclave. Recently moved here from Washington state, where I did nails as a cosmetologist for over 8 years. I have seen Pilar the last couple of times and she is amazing. The whole staff and experience is amazing. Everybody, the front staff and other technicians checks in on you periodically throughout the appointment. Also I appreciate Frenchies level of sanitation. I used to think i was going to the best nail salons, but once I tried frenchies…I realized I didn’t know what I didn’t know. I thought I just had dry cracked heals but since coming to Frenchies my feet are baby soft! This mousse in the photo is incredible and the best because it leaves NO greasy residue on your feet! I searched a few years for a clean, trusted, easily accessible and affordable nail salon where I can effectively communicate with the nail techs. I was tired of not knowing what products were being used on me, and not impressed with how dirty nail salons are in my area. I found Frenchies on social media in 2020 and HAVEN’T GONE ANYWHERE ELSE. I have sensitive skin and highly allergic to shea butter. The owner of Frenchies,Janet, immediately found products that I can use for my manis and pedis and treated me like a normal human being – opposite of how I felt at other nail salons. The salon does not smell thanks to the high quality polishes used and did I mention it’s so clean? The staff is phenomenal- from check-in to check-out guests are made to feel special and comfortable. You want nail art- no problem. That nail trend on the tok – they got it. THE NAIL TECHS ARE FREAKIN TALENTED. There is even a membership program that provides discounts and monthly perks – hello?!?!? Take all my money Frenchies I am forever your girl.
