I just had a fabulous experience at Frenchies. The nail technician, Silvana, that performed my mani and pedi was so wonderful. She was extremely meticulous, thorough yet efficient and fast. I am so impressed by how clean this place is. Some places look clean but here they are truly clean, they sanitize and disinfect properly which is so important. I highly recommend checking this place out. You will love it.

I was mid a pedicure this morning when the lady (who was also late) told me she needed me to see a doctor before she could do a pedicure. Although my wife and friends will laugh at this endlessly, it’s pretty unpleasant to be told this when you’ve gotten pedicures many times with feet in far worse shape. This newer lady seemed new and inexperienced. I have cancelled my membership with Frenchies and asked for a refund.

Took my elderly mother in law for a pedicure that they had assured me they could accommodate. Nothing had been done to set up for her appointment & they stopped it just after starting due to discoloration of her nails. I understand they have policies, but this was not discussed prior to us going to effort to get her in.

My husband and I went today for manicures and pedicures. The receptionist was warm and welcoming. Beautiful place. Really clean, and peaceful. The technicians were friendly and very good at their job. They did not rush through, they were meticulous. We both will be going back.

It’s so quiet and so clean! The staff is always meticulous in all they do and my nails look beautiful. They have an air filtration system that keeps the air fresh and clean… You don’t walk into the typical smells of a nail salon, just fresh air. Highly recommend!

They booked me to 2:50 and didn’t provide services because I was in the office at 2:55. I’m new in area and missed the turn to parking. As an addition they said, that the appointment was 2:45. When I showed the original message from them about 2:50 appointment, they said ‘it was misspelling ‘. No comments. First time in my life seeing such a ‘customer service’
