Best Mani/pedi ever! The salon is ultra clean and the nail techs are caring and do a meticulous job on your nails. High quality nail polish, scrubs and lotions. My friend and I loved it so much we got memberships. You don’t have to get one, but you can save a lot of money if you regularly do your nails.

Wow! I usually don’t promote businesses or write reviews, but this is an exception. My daughter took me to get my nails done last week as a birthday present. The staff was super friendly and nice from the moment we walked in until we left. As first timers there, they have us a tour of the salon, introduced us to staff, shared their philosophy, and all cleaning & safety procedures. It was a lovely experience.

My husband and I wanted to have our very first pedicure experience at Frenchies. Our appointment was on October 23 at 10:30am. Unfortunately, the morning of the appointment they texted us and said one of their staff called in sick. They didn’t have enough staff for both of us so we had to reschedule. We were a bit bummed but it was understandable. We rescheduled the appointment to October 30 at 9:00am. Similarly, an hour and a half before the appointment they said again that one of their staff was sick so they wanted to reschedule. At this point, it felt like more trouble than it was worth. We were disappointed at the short notices since both of the times we got up earlier than usual for a Sunday morning just for the pedicure. We were particularly disappointed that they did not offer any sort of compensation for our inconveniences after the second cancellation except for rescheduling again. If you are planning to get a service at Frenchies, perhaps rethink booking for anything other than an appointment for one person.

This salon was very different in many ways! When I called to book an appointment they asked for my full credit card information due to their cancellation policy? So basically if you can’t make it and aren’t able to notify them within 24 hours they will charge you 50% of the service fee which is insane and they keep your card info on file. Also I was forced to choose the kind of service I want( deluxe or etc…) while on the phone w/o the description and cost of the service, when I asked if I can choose it at the salon I was told NO!!! They charged me $12 for removing gel polish due to the gel polish being from a foreign salon and due to my first time there!!!!!!! After I came home and looked at my receipt they also charged me an extra $12 and I called them and they said it was a mistake and I’m going to get refunded and only the manager can process the refund! Service here was ridiculously expensive and I will not go back.

I went for a detox pedicure. The room is super bright, super clean, very modern aesthetic. They do not have the large bulky massage chair w/ tub set up. Rather, you sit on a long upholstered bench and place your feet in a large bowl of still water. It was early in the day, so the place was fairly quiet, and you didn’t have noise from massage chairs. I liked it. It was soothing. The detox treatment was great. I didn’t get polish because I wanted my nails naked for a while. Would totally go bath and do it again. This was my first visit.
