Stopped in unexpectedly, and was greeted immediately with a friendly Lady behind the counter, named Susan. The atmosphere is clean, and bright. Had a Gel Manicure. Miss Victoria was awesome. She is funny, witty and a perfectionist. Score. My nails look perfect. Would highly recommend Frenchies.

Costs more than your typical budget nail salon, but there was no chemical smells, I was offered a warm neck wrap and beverages, and they used the same products they had available for purchase too. The assistant manager for the front is extremely nice and fair to the customers but she isn’t too fair with the employees, I was terminated from this job and beforehand I had an appointment scheduled for me and my mom (I had this appointment scheduled for at least 2 months) to get pedicures for my birthday and the day before the appointment I found out that she cancelled my appointment without my permission which is extremely inconsiderate , she did not let me know that the appointment was gonna get cancelled. Now that threw off my birthday plans and I have to get them done somewhere else

The place itself is very nice and clean and I wanted to like this place so badly because I was excited to have a place that used clean products. Unfortunately my first pedicure was extremely underwhelming and very fast. The one thing I asked to be addressed was not during my pedicure and for the amount you pay I’ve had way better pedicures that I’ve paid half the price for. I thought it might have just been the technician I had so I scheduled a second pedicure. When I showed up – I walked in two minutes past my appointment time and was told my pedicure was going to have to be downgraded due to time constraint. Extremely disappointed and really don’t recommend this place. Most definitely not worth the amount they ask for services and they will likely try to hook you into a membership (which I now have a credit for and don’t even want to go back and use). I don’t normally write reviews but hopefully this helps someone else avoid a similar experience.

Melissa did a wonderful job with taking my acrylic nails off and doing my natural nails. I will definitely be back. Plus nail art is not something she really does and she did a great job! If you are interested in having a manicure I recommend coming here, the staff is pleasant and the environment chemical free.

1st time in Athens and this was a great place to start TY gave me a great pedicure The ambiance is very clean and relaxing they let you choose your lotion scent and they give you a warm neck pillow to relax. All the other girls there are very nice and the other guest were very pleasant as well. Definitely going to recommend this place, i found out about it in the guide to athens book in my hotel room.

The place was lovely and very clean. Staff very nice and courteous. Unfortunately, the young lady assigned for Pedicure was brand new with absolutely no experience. She needed a lot more practice and I really should not have been charged. She used the wrong spray, she couldn’t cut my nails to the length that I wanted. She did not file down in a shape that I wanted and she did not remove dead skin or cuticles well at all.

Frenchies is amazing!! Extremely clean and professional, everyone who works there is amazing-from Cubby at the front desk to all the amazing nail techs, it’s always a wonderful experience. I got a pedicure 2 weeks ago and was just looking down admiring what an incredible job she did on my toes and thought I’d leave a review!! (I can’t remember my last nail techs name but she did an incredible job-amazing attention to detail!!!) thanks so much frenchies!
