Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueFrench Twist LLC in Albany, OR is convenient and easy to get an appointment. I received numerous haircuts, all of which were, at least, fine. Everyone was kind and the facility was well maintained. My last haircut was excellent, my wife was impressed; Janelle was the “stylist”. Janelle was also enthusiastic, sociable, and charming. I’d like to give the facility 5 starts just to send more people this location for the excellent “stylists” there. French Twist LLC in Albany, OR is convenient and easy to get an appointment. I received numerous haircuts, all of which were, at least, fine. Everyone was kind and the facility was well maintained. My last haircut was excellent, my wife was impressed; Janelle was the “stylist”. Janelle was also enthusiastic, sociable, and charming. I’d like to give the facility 5 starts just to send more people this location for the excellent “stylists” there. French Twist LLC is my “now” and “future” haircut location.

Critical: Professionalism, QualityHORRIBLE. I honestly feel embarrassed for my stylist. I’ve been platinum for along time and NEVER have had to be bleached twice and here it took three times in one visit just to do my roots and fix the banding she caused. Still was so uneven we decided to do a solid light copper with blonde face frame that ended in hot orange roots faded mid shaft and no pigment in the ends. Add in the RIDICULOUS hack job she did on the cut all this took all day I can’t believe I was polite enough to finish. Oh and all the hair at the top of my head is breaking off. So worst salon experience of my life. I have taken myself from box dye black to blonde before with less damage and less breakage at home.Services: Hair coloring, Hairstyling, Haircut, Hair highlightingHORRIBLE. I’ve been platinum for along time and NEVER have had to be bleached twice and here it took three times in one visit just to do my roots and fix the banding she caused.
