Asked for one thing, and got something totally different. I was vocal about the things I did not like, and was argued with.

Critical: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Quality, ValueALL reviews are true. I had gel polish put on and in less then 24 hours peeling off. No prices posted. Guy in there is incompetent to do nails. Would not recommend. Waste of money.

Went in for a mani/pedi yesterday and was appalled by their prices. I got a gel polish in my fingers for $30 and regular paint for my toes for $35. My finger nails are already starting to chip. Not to mention my friend went with me and she got acrylic nails for $30 and they had a cheaper pedicure for $25, but the lady never gave me that option. She said there were no price differences just different ways they do it. I will never be returning. The only.good part was the pedicure was nice but way overpriced.

I went here twice, the second time was my last! The first time I got a gel polish because I wanted to try it. But, the second time I did not want to get gel because my nails grow out fast and so it didn’t matter to me to have a gel coat that lasts longer than regular polish. I wanted to pay before he did my polish so I wouldn’t mess up my polish and he charged me the price for the gel. I told him I didn’t want gel but he told me they use a special powder for gel fill-in. I said, “but you didn’t ask me what I wanted”. He said, “because you had gel before I think this is what you want”. So he charged me $25.00 because he used the special powder, but then didn’t use a gel polish. There are no prices posted anywhere. He totally ripped me off by using that excuse. If you go to a restaurant they don’t automatically bring you a steak dinner because that’s what you ordered last time. If you request them to take it back and get a burger instead, they wouldn’t charge you for the steak! That is what it is like! Thieves!!

I went here to Simply get what the name of their store is, french tips. It took them well over 45 minutes with only one other person in the lobby to get to me, and another 45 minutes just to get my nails done. Most of them were crooked and when I tried to tell the lady that they were crooked she just told me that those are my fingers and to go up to the counter and pay. It was over $35 when the price listed on the board was like 24 dollars. The staff is extremely unfriendly and the only person in the entire store who speaks a little bit of English is the person who answers the phones. I will never go here again

the man made my friend and I bleed, and hw kept stating that we were holding our hand wrong and blaming everything that happened on us. he put on gel when we didn’t want it, then filed the nails after putting on gel! all nails were crooked/all kinds of lengths. my friend wanted coffin she got oval! took over 3 hours for just the two of us. he never cleaned his tools in between clients. awful customer service. he even left to go pick up someone in the middle of doing my nails! I highly recommend never coming here!

I literally have nothing good to say about this business. The service was terrible I got my nails done less than a week ago and they are already fading and look horrible. It took over an hour to do a full set of acrylic nails and for one color and no designs it was $35 WITHOUT TIP. I would not recommend this place to anyone and I wish I could give them less than one star.

Went here for a fill in and was charged 25 bucks. I thought that was ridiculous bc I only paid 20 to have the nails put on in new Albany in the first place. But because they are close to my house and they were open late, I went back for my next fill in. Well even though the same exact lady, did the same exact fill in for me, that time I was charged 30. What the heck? There isn’t one sign or list of prices in that place. They just wing it and that’s bullshit… I won’t go back, for fear of being charged 35.

Got my nails done yesterday. I take care of my nails but was having a pamper day with my mother and mother in law. I decided to splurge on the gel polish on my natural nails. no acrylic at all. While they were friendly, hopefully they were also actually clean because the man doing my finger nails decided I didn’t need cuticles at all. Today 4 of my fingernails have red very sore torn up nailbeds, and I’m just peroxiding and cleaning and putting on neosporin and praying I don’t get an infection. I’m remorseful for 75 dollars I spent for Mani pedi and instead of enjoying myself after pampering myself for the first time in 4 years, I’m remorseful over spending the money at all.
