I started using Tammy at another salon and was extremely happy with my service and how my nails looked. So, I moved with her to this salon. I also brought my husband for pedicures. He works in sales and stopped in one day to talk with the owner. He was rudely ganged up and told his services were terrible so he left. He asked me to change because Tammy was one of the people who yelled at him. So I did. I tried 2 other salons and was not super happy with the service or the way my nails looked. I went back to Tammy. She acted different towards me but still did the work. My nails however did not last, the dip would crack and my nails would break. The last time I went in was a few days ago and within a few days one of my nails broke, so I went in early this morning to see if she could do a quick fix. She and another guy were the only ones there and had customers and were very rude to me, yelling cross the salon from their stations. They need to improve customer service and the way they greet people – especially long time paying customers. I will NEVER go back.

Critical: Professionalism, Punctuality, ValueIf I could give ZERO stars, I would!! My sister and I had an appt at 2 for two pedis. We arrived at 1:55 and it took several minutes to even have anyone acknowledge that we were there. They finally got us back I to chairs around 2:05 but we needed up walking out at 2:35 without a single person talking to us. We sat there and watched them take person after person, even people who arrived after us, and we just sat there. My sister couldn’t even put her feet in the water it was so hot but no one said anything to us. I have been getting my nails and toes done for YEARS and I have NEVER in my life walked out without having a service. This was the worst experience I have had! I would not recommend this place to anyone and if you have an appointment, you still have to wait so plan accordingly! So mad and disappointed. Not even going to give them a second chance.
