Not impressed. The man who did my acrylic fill was a little rough, and when I told him what nail design I wanted, he decided that a French tip would be better, more “natural”. I like French tips, but it’s not what I asked for. In my opinion, they don’t look good either. He didn’t have me wash my hands afterward so I left with all the dust on my hands. I will not be visiting again.

This was my very first time ever getting my nails done. I was getting them done for my wedding. Me, and 3 of my bridal party came in that we scheduled a few weeks in advance. I was a little disappointed that when we arrived they kept 3 of us together and took my other friend clear on the other side of the room. Then sat 2 complete strangers next to us..I was confused because we scheduled in advance and they separated us rather than putting the stranger where my friend was. Anyway I figured they had good reason so I didn’t mention it. The lady I had was super friendly but she was a tad bit rough and spent a lot of time on her phone in between doing my nails. They didn’t have any of the colors I wanted so I had to settle with a color that I didn’t want. All my nails have bubbles and brown specks on them. She never made me wash my nails off or anything after grinding them down. I’ve never had my nails done before so I wasn’t sure of the process but I’m pretty sure they’re not supposed to have so many bubbles with dirt in them. When I got my feet done they were covered in oil so I didn’t want to put them straight back into my dress shoes, normally they give you disposable flops. So I wasn’t going to put my shoes back on but she started yelling at me so as soon as I got to the nail station I took my shoes back off to air dry. I would recommend this place for customers that have done this before so they know what to demand and ask for. I feel like I settled on nails that I didn’t want. Although she did do a really good job on my toes!

Service was good. The guy was a bit rough but he got the job done. Wasn’t personable but again I went there for my nails not to make friends. Quality work and he had another salon artist do my nail art which I appreciated because he didn’t give me a straight no and was honest he wasn’t able to do my request. She did a good job w what I wanted drawn on. Overall decent experience

Received a coupon in a text message for 10% off. When it came time to pay all of a sudden it was an issue and they kept talking there way around it. Than they said well if you go to google and give me a 5 star review and I’ll give you the 10% off. Like absolutely not. Horrible customer service, apparently they put gel polish on our toes never asked if that’s what we wanted and charged $40 for just the polish!! Like i never said i wanted that! Just horrible don’t come to this place if you want to relax and have a good time they will up charge you and not even ask. Don’t waste your money here! Heck i even left with polish on top of my foot, instead of whipping it off probably he used dirty hands and smeared it more. Will not be back, i don’t want an apology from this place, they don’t care they got there money and what’s one person to not return to them? Nothing. Just warning others.

They over charge black people. Are very disrespectful depending on race. Refer you to go elsewhere, mess nails up/rush on purpose & are really disrespectful. When asked to speak to the manager from being ignored they ignored more and refused to answer any questions. Completely a joke. If you’re black they do not want you in their store. EDIT: I noticed that the salon owner has commented on my review. When asked where the manager or the salon owner was at so that I could get help with my bad service and me being ignored I was yelled at by chair number two and chair number eight and toe two call the owner myself. When I asked how can I call what’s the number I was told to figure it out myself and that the owner was in surgery and they did not know when they would see the owner again. At that point I just called the police and the police advised me to speak to the Better Business Bureau. I the owner just said she would put pink paint over the already messed up nails did not fix the problem or address the disrespect. I will be calling Ohio cosmetology board and better business bureau

I have been going here for a few months now and they are usually pretty good, and fast. I go on my lunch hour from work. I had gotten my nails done on a Wednesday and then went back bc the color was washed out and all over my fingers and just didn’t like it. They told me come back Friday bc the lady would be there to fix it for free. That lady was there and said no it would still be 25$ to get fixed. Not what I was expecting at all. I will not be going back here. Two thumbs down for me.

Went in for nail trim, but tech talked me into my first pedicure. I was leery and scared, but tech Tee did an phenomenal job joking and teasing to make me feel comfortable. She was very patient and thorough giving a outstanding first time experience.

I used to go to French Tip from 2016-2020 and finally stopped after countless times of leaving there disappointed with wait times even when I would make an appt and upset with how awful my nails looked. I couldn’t take it, sought out a new salon and I have been a happy customer at Top Coat ever since. Due to a last minute crisis and getting hair dye on my nails right before I was in a wedding, I had no other option than to go to French Tip because they could get me right in. Lisa even made a comment when saw me, “long time no see! Reluctantly, I went, and again had another disappointing service from one of their male technicians. All of my nails had air bubbles, one had half of its top coat gel polish missing. The shape and filing of each nail was atrocious; certain nails bumpy due to not being smoothed down. The acrylics all look so embarrassing and sloppy. Never again will I chance going back. I will never be one of those customers who refuse to pay for a service or one who looks for money back, but this time especially, I am so upset that I paid $40 plus tip for such a careless job.
