I truly appreciate the experience I had there. The young lady that cut my hair did an awesome job. She demonstrated how much of a pro she is at her craft. I am very aware that my hair can be a challenge, so I always try to make it a bit easier for other people to handle it, because it took me 30 + years to figure it out myself. She was not a bit intimidated by my hair and surprised me with her knowledge about my hair. If this comment reaches her, please let her know that the cut turned really good and falls perfectly after I flat ironed it!

THIS PLACE IS AMAZING!! They are also super sweet! They accept walk ins and take their time to make sure you’re hair cut or color or whatever is to perfection! My sister and I will most definitely become regulars to them! My hairstylist was “Erin” I believe her name was, and she cut my hair to perfection! And took her time as well! Most definitely please go to them!!!

I apologize for anyone reading this novel of a review but I don’t know how to make this any shorter. 3 stars is being generous in my opinion. I’m not 100% on who my hairstylist was I want to say her name was Angela or something similar. Do NOT get your hair cut by her even if they recommend it. From the second I walked in I thought it was completely rude that she had her AirPods in her ears. I still gave the appointment a chance, but I showed her a picture of a cut similar to what I had wanted and explained to her that I wanted that style but just a bit shorter and showed her where. Her “uh huh” responses were pretty dismissive. Despite that I still attempted to be cordial and make small talk to which her responses would be “huh?” Or something similar since she had her AirPods in so I just stopped any conversation and watched her cut my hair. While I watched her cut my hair I was wondering what the heck she was doing or if she even listened or looked at the picture I had shown her from the beginning. I kept quiet and figured I’d wait it out a bit to see if this would start to turn out like I had asked but by the time she was getting to more of my hair I finally asked if the length she was cutting it is where she planned on leaving it. She responded “yeah” and I immediately was upset. I explained to her that I wanted it shorter and then she said that she was cutting it like the picture I showed her. I said yes I wanted my hair like that picture but I told you I wanted it shorter in length and she rolled her eyes and started giving me suggestions on why I shouldn’t cut it shorter. I told her I’ve had this cut before and insisted it be cut shorter like I had asked. I suppose she didn’t realize I could see her in the mirror when she mouthed over to her co-worker and pointed at me with the comb in her hand “can you take her” as if I was being a huge inconvenience. At this point I was furious. Her co-worker came over to try and diffuse the situation and apologized that she had a client with her so she couldn’t take me as a client and my current hairstylist would have to finish my hair but if I didn’t like how it turned out I could have it redone by someone else at another time free of charge. I rescheduled for later in the day to have my haircut fixed with Erin. She is the only reason I am giving more that the minimum 1 star because she was completely apologetic for her co-worker’s behavior earlier in the day and stated that this wasn’t the first complaint that’s been received about this particular employee. Erin was great with fixing my hair and I appreciate how apologetic she was over the situation.

Got a spa package as a gift. Had to wait because they didn’t have a masseuse. When I did go the Massage was over the top! They didn’t have a manicurist so I got the pedi but that wasn’t “her job” so it showed in the work. Dont recommend the Alaskan mud it was cold and not enjoyable at all and it was everywhere!! Al over my underwear and hair a mess!! The stylist was great. I was supposed to get a lunch with the package didnt and it wasn’t mentioned. Probably wont go back.

Kanya does some amazing hair. She done a conditioning treatment on my hair after a color job gone bad that almost ruined my hair from another salon. I have been a client of hers for 10+ years. Now that the Kanya is back full force, she is my goto for all my hair needs.

I really enjoyed this salon very attentive to my needs. Answered every question I had . I went to this salon due to some mistakes with my hair . The Stylist Cheri took her time and was very patient with me and listened to what I wanted. My hair is very very pretty, I felt very good and pleased when I left. Would recommend . I will be going back .

Let me tell you, I went to this salon and “spa” TWO YEARS AGO and the service was so freaking awful that now that I’ve moved away, the experience still aggravates me. Albeit I probably could’ve said something to the manager or whoever but hindsight is 20/20. I can’t recall the girls’ name that was doing my facial but I’ve been to numerous spas and dermatology, medical spas and none of them has ever chewed gum and popped their gum while taking care of my face. Not only was she popping and blowing bubbles but the facial was a joke, it felt like someone else just washed my face and there was no extracting of anything because she wasn’t allowed to pop anything? Anyway, save your money and go to a more reputable spa.

You would not expect to find such a beautiful high quality place in such a small town. They have everything from stand up tanning beds to spray tans. They even did costume makeup for my wife’s Halloween party. Nice to find a full service salon. Waxing, facial, laser hair removal, Botox, Jacuzzi soak, massage, nails, hair, makeup and I’m sure much more. They are even opening a School of Cosmetology.

A friend & I went for a massage & mani/pedi…ladies were about 20 minutes late to start massage and the room didn’t smell good – it didn’t really stink but I expected the room to be like a spa. During the massage, you can hear the phone ringing downstairs, people walking passed the room, talking and the random singer every now and then. Along with those noises, you could hear the ladies pumping the lotion like crazy and then squishing it in their hands, LOUD chair creaks while they massaged our neck and head area and their flip flops as they moved around us. There WAS the relaxing music on, but was definitely over powered by all the other noise. If you have a weekend in the future to go to the Lau’berge casino spa – now THAT was aaahhh-mazing.

Never ever going back here , this is a complete joke ..so I went there to get my first wax ever done already knew the process because I have family who have done it soooooo I went to get both leg from top to bottom done so a couple mins into it the waxing was not sticking just pulling without actually pulling off the hair so once she manage to get to the knee she said ima go get more glove and she NEVER CAME BACK instead her manager came and said that her notice the wax was not sticking and told me I might of use something with oil like are you serious I already knew not to use those thing before a wax but anyway I just said ok and let her think she was right NOW when i ask her where was the woman who was doing the wax she said she had to leave for an APPOINTMENT YES AN APPOINTMENT how are you gonna tell me to come at a center time and in the middle leave for an appointment !!!! So the manager said she was not gonna charge till I come back and then left so when I went to the counter the lady called the waxing lady and ended up charging me funny right and have no shame in asking if I wanted to tip!!! YES TIP ANYWAY WENT BACK a week later and the same thing it was not sticking so when she got to like 80% of my leg she stop and said ok done I looked at my wife and my wife looked at me like are you serious!!!!!! Oh I ended up paying like $80 for something that cost like 60 highly not recommend but at the end of your day you decide if you want to waste your money
