Critical: ProfessionalismI have been here once before today and they did well. But today I went in and it was all I could do to not say anything to the guy doing my nails because he was watching something on his phone and not doing my nails as requested. Critical: ProfessionalismThe ladt that did my nails quite literally SLICED my finger open with her file. She didnt apologize, and after that, she put a random oil on it without asking if i were to be allergic to any of the ingredients in it. The nails overall are not the best. Wait is always at least 45 minutes. There are only three friendly staff members. They suggest that you schedule an appointment but when you call to schedule an appointment, they say they aren’t accepting appointments. When I sit there waiting for 45+ minutes people will walk in and get right in. The owner or manager, whatever, is extremely rude. The guy is my favorite nail artist, once I finally get in. He’s great.

My daughter and I had a great time here. We met the owner by chance age he served her a custom Sno-Cone! They treated her like a queen! Me, on the other hand, my pedicure felt rushed. You can make appointments. We had Anna and Noah. Noah was so sweet! It was clean. I noticed they applied rubbing alcohol to our nails before painting them. I appreciated knowing they do that to keep the polish clean and your nails from getting fungus.
