First red flag should have been when we came in and they just stared at us. They acted like we were an inconvenience and didn’t even massage properly. At the end one of her regular customers came in and I was left and forgotten in my chair. When I finally said if I could go (seeing no one was coming back) a different tech yanked the tissue from my toe nails passive aggressive. I felt unwelcomed and prejudiced against because as we soon noticed they were friendly and attentive to the Caucasian women. As a first experience this was horrible ! Never coming back.

I recently had my first pedicure since the pandemic, and I had a great experience at French Nails. They were super busy, and even though I called ahead and made an appointment, I still had to wait outside for 5-10 minutes. Luckily I wasn’t on a tight schedule and brought a book, so this didn’t bother me much. Their chairs are comfortable, their staff was kind and professional, and my pedicure was lovely. My technician was very patient with my giggling and squirming since my feet were so ticklish and not used to the scrubbing. I got regular polish on my toes, and they still look perfect after two weeks! The reasons I am giving four stars instead of five is: they are very busy and I still had to wait even though I made an appointment, and it is pretty loud in there and not super relaxing. If you’re looking for a quiet, zen experience, I’d go earlier in the day perhaps.

Called and made an appointment for gel manicure with Kim since she came recommended. Went at the time of my appointment, she was working on others. Gave me the colors to choose from. I asked if we can do an hombre, she said the technician that can do that is not there then started speaking another language to other and on the phone. She went on to work on others while I sat there for another ten minutes. I asked her what happened and she said, “you didn’t make the appt with me, someone else will file and I’ll do the color”. She was at the beginning of her work on someone else and I had already wasted 20 minutes so I said no thank you and left. This was a disappointing experience because I live right here and couldn’t become a regular since I need my nails done nice for my work all the time but she was not helpful and clearly not really interested in working on me. They lost a good customer that tips really well too!

My first two bio gels were with Cindy( I think that was her name) she was AWESOME! My last experience is why I have my experience 2 stars. Called and was disconnected. Simply my nails look horrible. I am not sure of the lady’s name. She was pleasent. Color choice.. out of the one I wanted.. kept using the brush to ” fix” what she had done. On all my cuticle regions, it appears bumpy. Looks like it’s melting ( it’s not) Even a friend commented , You got your nails done again… They look uneven. Not stoked.. 40 bucks, plus a very generous tip… Hoping this will be resolved with a response.
