I asked for my acrylic/shellac (whatever it was) nails to be removed and a basic French manicure. I said this over and over to ensure no confusion. Pros: very nice well accommodating Cons: they left some of the old shellac or whatever it was on the nail. The white tip portion is sloppy and uneven. The nail base is 100% uneven cause they didn’t remove all the previous stuff. I am new at getting nails done so don’t know all the names. The other thing that irked me was that the nail technician switched to someone else in the middle of her doing my nails and gave me a different nail technician (and it wasn’t because they were done with the shift). Maybe they do do better jobs but, to me it was sloppy. I still felt bad because I’m sure nail technicians don’t get paid a lot so I still gave a generous tip even though it was not deserved.

Only place I go and get my manicure and pedicures! Every person there is kind and makes you feel welcomed. Whether you’ve been their one time or a long time customer they will remember your name (pretty impressive). I used to get gel and then switched to dip and love it!! Lisa gives a great pedicure (my favorite) and Lin, Paul, and Nicole do a great job with manicures for me.
