They don’t soak your feet or nails for mani pedi. I came home after an expensive callus removal on my feet to very calloused feet and a poor paint job. My nails were the same. Not cost friendly either. Will not return.

French Nails is clean and staff is friendly. I got a basic manicure and she did not soak my cuticles. First finger I said you’re hurting me, second the same by the third finger I said shouldn’t I be soaking. That’s when she took out cuticle oil and put it on the rest of the nails. First time coming here and definitely not my last. Lina was great and surprisingly strong! Very thorough and super relaxing. I couldn’t get over the fact that the 15 minute massage was included. 100% coming back. I’d post photos but definitely not for free ah ha ha

Good place. They massage your feet and back. Some massage better than others but overall nice people, wish it was a little slower paced tho, but who doesn’t when they get a massage ? Have a detailed menu of services.

Critical: QualityThey had very little colors to choose from. The owners husband is very rude. I wanted to take my acrylics off and just put a clear gel on. I asked if he could do that and he rolled his eyes at me and called his wife over to answer me. Totally unprofessional. Every time I tell them what I want, they don’t understand. I asked if he could do that and he rolled his eyes at me and called his wife over to answer me. Totally unprofessional. Every time I tell them what I want, they don’t understand. Honestly one of the best salons I’ve been to! Jessy is the sweetest, the owners are very pleasant and make sure they very well care of you. I will never go to another salon as long as I’m in Rhode Island. The service isn’t quick, but I always feel like I’m leaving a spa when it’s all set and done. I’d recommend this place to anyone 🙂

I went there because of the reviews online. There was a young Asian male doing my French tips he had an attitude the entire time doing my nails he would push my hands instead of telling me nicely to put my hands in the UV machine and while doing my nails I told him one of my nail, nail polish was Bubbly and before I could even get the word out of my month he cut me off and rudely said I know. After he was finished another employee put lotion on my hands and I told her I am not staying to do my pedicure, I’m so sick of paying money for horrible service to these nail salons. so I will take money somewhere else with better customer service.

She never even let me soak my hands or feet; she cut my cuticles dry! my nails had ridges under the polish from not buffing the surface. My daughter had a pedi and asked for a design.
