I’ve been searching for a place to do my nails for the last 5 years that I’ve lived here… every place I’ve tried has been disappointing or downright horrible. Went to the salon on Sunday at 4:30 after getting a babysitter…juggling all my kids around…I get there and they are closed…SO FRUSTRATING..CHANGE the times that you are open on website!!!

Long wait times on repeated visits, was a longtime customer. Cindy did a great job, owner was always rushed and complaining about her pain, but refused to get medical attention. Talked negativity about me to my face and to my friends and family i brought there. Also strong dislike when they talked in their birth language not English around customers. I finally stopped going when she demanded holiday gift in December. Go to Collegeville nails no wait, quick and friendly.
