Extremely happy with this establishment and nail technicians. I made a 2 o’clock appointment on a Tuesday afternoon and was taken on time. I told him I wanted a gel tip set with French tips and got exactly that. The attention to detail was amazing and I am extremely happy with the outcome. Pricing was extremely reasonable and fair. Sadly I’ve used this place plenty of times. Come in to get a pedicure appointment made WEEKS ago and supposedly couldn’t find it. They would not accommodate me and told me they couldn’t take me till almost an hour later. That is not how you treat someone who patronizes your business. I’m Done with them. They do great work too the sad part.

This was my first time coming to this nail salon and I was not happy. My pedicure was terrible, I’d take pictures but I’m honestly embarrassed. My (gel) manicure was ok, but rushed. To be fair, I did come in as a walk in, but if they weren’t going to be able to do my nails without rushing, why accept me? Anyway, great people, I don’t think they’re malicious at all, but first impression is a lasting impression. I won’t be going back.

I was followed into the parking lot by the owner who asked why I didn’t tip her for my 5 minute eyebrow wax. Needless to say I spent $50 on a pedicure and manicure and tipped the girls $10 each! Never go back there again. Waxing, Pedicure

I been here a few times.. service has declined over the years. I recently got a regular pedicure here, i called to see if they were taking walk-ins or if i needed to make an appointment. So i ended up making an appointment and they accommodated me right away. I get there and it was a few people there getting serviced, i got an a chair fairly quickly for a regular pedicure. Lina was my manicurist, she was nice but i felt like she rushed the pedicure. She was not taking her time, everything felt fast. The phone would ring and she left while she was doing my pedicure to go answer the phone several times, there were many other workers there that could have took those phone calls so she can focus on my pedi. Once other associates were finished with their customers and it was time to pay, Lina would leave me to go ring up other associates customers. Another customer came inside to cancel her appointment and Lina leaves me again to go assist the customer that literally just walked in. She finally finishes my pedicure and seats me at the drying station. 3 minutes later another associate walks up to me and asked me to pay. I wouldn’t have been offended if the woman that actually completed my pedi would have asked me to pay now. I only thought that was a bit inappropriate because they weren’t asking other customers to pay while they dried. I was unsatisfied with my complete experience and will not be returning again.

Excellent pedicure . Good service. Reasonable price! All good except for the screaming child who couldn’t decide what color she wanted her nails. Carried on for 15 minutes of crying and screaming. Ruined the whole experience!

All customers are required to make appointments i have been going for manicures and pedicures over 10 years. The manager Nina is not truthful and then tried to switch the people I set my appointments with.. I have recommended my friends but no longer..The last time I was there I had to remind her to check my temperature. I have talked to the owner several times about these issues and nothing has been done. My nail broke in less than a week and the owner wasn’t very accommodating. They have no problems taking my money.

This place was highly recommended by a co-worker. However, my experience was not the best. The staff was more courteous to regulars. I had a nail technician who was not experienced, and appeared underage. The quality of service was poor. I had to ask the staff twice to properly clean the basin. They do NOT take sanitary precautions. This establishment is unprofessional and possibly bias toward certain ethnicities.
