Under new ownership. Actually had a nail girl ask for a bigger tip !! I couldn’t believe it !! I went back back several weeks later and spoke to owner. She is over the top nice. Was very apologetic. Have had GREAT service ever since. Have been back many times since.

Going to this place was the worst mistake ever! My daughter googled this place, and based on the yelp reviews and Design Pictures associated with this location, we called and asked for an apt & prices. When we called a man answered and said there was no wait to walk on in and quoted us great prices…$17 for a pedicure and $23 for a full-set of Acrylics and $10 for eyebrow waxing. When we arrived they helped me immediately with my eyebrows and had my daughter wait. Asking her for her card, ” so she wont mess up her nails fishing it out after”. They made small talk, asked if it was our first time and we explained it was, that we were trying this location for the first time due to the DESIGNS posted and great prices. My daughter showed them a photo of the Design we wanted, nothing exotic (basically half and half color, for school pride) when they attempted to fit us for the Acrylics, we kept having to bring to there attention that their placement of the “nails” were crooked (left ring finger and pinkie turned in towards the right, left pointer turned in towards the left. only my middle finger and thumb were straight on my left hand) the lady had to pull off and attempt to fix Multiple times as SHE grew frustrated with HER every mistake, she started talking under her breath and then the same with my daughter. it got to the point where she tried to claim “it will LOOK straight After she filed & buffed it”. she was so frustrated that the male who seemed to be running the phones and front counter asked us to stop and get our feet done so she could evidently cool off. while the pedicure was being performed they asked my daughter ” You like a flower with your pain”? It seemed as they were trying to make up for the other employees mistake and poor attitude. My daughter said “sure”. Once it was time for them to continue and correct our nails, they had another employee get involved. (As this was going on the man charged our card) then when clarified what it was that we wanted, the second employee claimed she was unable to complete the task. By this time my daughter and I were exhausted and out of patience, we said never mind w will go else where. when we saw what the man had charged us, we denied the charges, for 1 the Job wasn’t compete and for 2 they were trying to over charge us!!! Finally the man claimed he was going to give us a Credit back, but ended up charging us again!!! Then he voided out the last (second Transaction) the one he claimed was a credit, but we were still left with the original charge he first placed of $107. When I demanded he fix it, he then began to play dumb and started acting as if he didn’t understand, and then he and his three employees started al talking at once in another language and they were all getting irate! My daughter and I left there and called my bank, for which we had to file a claim & now it’s a waiting game. CAN YOU BELIEVE THIS?!?! $107 for What?!? There service was never even completed!!! (and even IF it had been, $17+$17+$23+$23+$10 = $90.00 NOT $107??? what are they trying to Obligated me & charge me a 19% TIP ONTOP of EVERYTHING?!?!
