Love this place! So clean, the workers are so nice and conversational, the prices are cheaper compared to others in town, the results are excellent. They take quite a long time doing your nails, but that’s because their attention to detail and work is so great. The pedicure was the most attentive one I’ve ever had (long massages, scrub, lotion, hot towels). Every manicure comes with a complimentary hand massage with warm lotion and warm towels.

I had the gel manicure and this happened three days later. Then two more the next day. I eventually had to take the rest off and they came off so easily with just a pull. Terrible! My hubby had manicure and it looked like nothing was done the next day. She filed my nails so hard and filed my skin with it. Sore the day after. I chose a more subtle color. But she searched for almost 10mins, couldn’t find it. So, I had to settle for this color. Hated it. Same thing happened with the other nail tech. She kept looking for the customer’s color for about 15mins. Why aren’t they organized? Never had gel manicure be this bad before. Really disappointed. But they were nice enough, hence the 2

The ladies here are very kind and professional. Their equipment and facility are very clean and I felt very comfortable in their hands. They did an acrylic set and gel polish manicure on me and I couldn’t be happier with the results! I showed her a picture and she matched it nearly perfectly. I’ll bet returning in the future for my nails again. ☺️

I came in with my Mom a few days ago. She has been helping me since I’ve been having a rough time financially since graduating. My Mom was nice enough to pay for our manicure and pedicure together and we barely get to see each other. It’s her way of saying “I love you”. While she was paying, the older lady who works at French Nail Spa, in the most childish, condescendingly-joking, and sarcastic tone possible, says “Mommy pay for everything!” with a smile on her face. I froze because I didn’t know how to respond because of the overwhelming feeling of humiliation and shame. Why did you say this to a paying customer you know nothing about? How can you say something so horribly rude and hurtful to someone that you imply they don’t deserve to be gifted a moment with their mom at your business? We were nothing but respectful to you. There may be a language barrier but a comment delivered like that was disgustingly clear. This was unspeakably cruel and degrading. I’ve come in and loved all my mani pedis when I could afford them but I can’t now. You hurt me. You were a horrible person in that moment. Hopefully, you can learn to never be this horrible to people you don’t know in the future.
