French Nail Spa

Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueMe and my friend walked in for our appointment yesterday which we scheduled ahead of time for two full sets and we were told that there was only time for one full set even though the salon was empty with one other client in there. I let my friend take the spot and about 10-15 minutes later the man asked me if I wanted to get my nails done and I told him that I was told no that there was no time for another full set. He ended up doing my nails after my friend. Never have I seen someone put the acrylic on the uncut tips first and then cut down to the shape after the acrylic has hardened. The woman was on her phone mostly the full time and another worker was sleeping in the pedicure chair. The nails came out slanted and the paint job was sloppy, and the area near my cuticles were cut by the electric file and are still throbbing in pain even though it’s the next day. My friends nails look just as messed up as mine. As soon as I left I went home and took off the nail polish, filed and painted the nails myself. Are used to be a regular client before COVID but I’ll never be returning back. Me and my friend walked in for our appointment yesterday which we scheduled ahead of time for two full sets and we were told that there was only time for one full set even though the salon was empty with one other client in there. So today, the edges are looking black and loosing the color. I painted my nails neon orange. I payed 50 dollars. For the price the gel and mani was great. However my mani turned out to be a ripoff because it was not fully done right. I told them that I would like to fix my tips but then they were like “oh no because that will ruin the full nail.” I would of have hoped for them to be more considerate and try to fix it but they didn’t. Critical: Cleanliness, Professionalism, ValueThis spa is deceptive in their pricing. Their menu of services and prices says one thing and they charge another. The place is small and dirty and theyshould not be charging more than a newer spa that has more options , higher tech, and CLEANER. I don’t mind paying for good service, but i didn’t even get that.
