Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueI’ve came here for a few years now and I’ve had my nails done but almost everyone there but Lance has definitely been my favorite! He never disappoints! Every time I sit at his table there has been a few things he makes sure of great conversations, cleanliness, eye contact, focus, AND ONE THING I LOVE MOST is if I don’t like a color or if I don’t like a design no hesitation to take it off and try again! Time and time again you hear about how your nail Tech is huffing and puffing when you ask for change NEVER have I got that from him. And for that I thank him. If you’re going here to try and them out ask if he’s available. Been going here for years. It’s always clean! It’s classy. Details are beautiful. And staff is friendly. They seem to have a good efficient system on services and transfer to the next technician. And I see them cleaning seats after each person moves!

I’ve been coming here since 2019 and have always had a great experience. David the owner/manager/nail tech adds a nice fun vibe when I come in. I’m a creature of habit so I like to see the same people when I come in. My favorites are Lynna and Ms. Amy. However, I’ve had others do my nails and pedicures and they always get it right. I love doing fun nails for the holidays and they always turn out very nice.

My wife and I came here to get our feet and nails done. Paid $180 for this…I requested a refund and as usual that’s a problem. This is absolutely horrible service for the prices you charge. Service should be top notch and from the look of my own toes and others on here it’s clear they don’t have that down. Pedicure, Gel manicures

I got married at the end of march this year and had the pleasure of receiving service from, his name was either Mr. Vu or Mr. Wu I can’t remember exactly but he did such an amazing he was very attentive and listened to what I wanted. I highly recommend this place! I don’t get my nails done but maybe once a year and I’ll definitely be using him from now on!

Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueI will never patronize FRENCH NAILS AGAIN!!! I spent $101.20 for my nails to start chipping 2 days later.I explained to the owner that the SNS dip powder was applied very thin to my natural nails. The owner continued to say “you chip your own nail”. I told him his nail techs need to be held accountable for the poor SNS job. After presenting my receipt to him, he proceeds to tell me that he does not want to fix my nails. NEVER AGAIN!!!!I will never patronize FRENCH NAILS AGAIN!!! Prices are too high for the type of work.I wouldn’t mind paying if the work was good! I’ve been to cheaper places that have done awesome and expensive places that have done awesome. But this place seems to think they are awesome but they need more training.
