My wife went in for balayage and left with what can only be described as DIY highlights. A Jenna Marbles video gone terribly wrong. She called and asked if it could be fixed and they said of course, and once done with “fixing it”, my wife was charged again, “for product”. After I called and complained to the manager, the manager told me she couldn’t do anything about it, no partial refund or anything. The lady who butchered my wife’s hair refused to call us back. Valerie should not be allowed to work in a salon. Terrible at her job and terrible customer service.

My facial was so relaxing! The customer service is amazing. Jackie was so knowledgeable on all the products that it me find which moisturizer I needed for my skin. This facial I could tell a difference in my skin when I left. Amazing. Ill be back!

This is the first time that I disappointed with my hair cut. I had long hair, and I asked the stylist “Taylor” to cut hair with my shoulder level. Still, she didn’t do that, she cut it very short parallel to the neckline, and her service was not that good, she dries my hair while every time I received full service, cut, color, highlight with beautiful hairstyle. I like the color, but it was too expensive to pay $300 for coloring very short hair!!!!

I can not say enough good things about this salon! After a “hair emergency” they were able to squeeze me in last minute. Laura was my stylist and she did an amazing job giving me highlights before my wedding. I will definitely be going back!!!
